This page shows some of the in flight photos Kellie took on our return flight from Palm Springs to San Jose.

This one was taken on climb out from Palm Springs, looking down on acres and acres of wind farms as we head into Banning Pass:

Mountains on north side of Banning Pass, with Big Bear City and Big Bear Lake on the other side of these very tall hills:

Small dam in the hills somewhere near Banning or Redlands:

"R" carved into the hillsides somewhere near the Redlands airport, so I'll assume the "R" stands for Redlands but don't really know for sure........

Nice late afternoon shot of the LA basin and the Pacific Ocean in the distance as we head towards the Pass leading towards Palmdale on the trip home:

Heading back over the hills, looking towards the ocean again on the way out of the LA basin area:

Crop circles somewhere on the edge of the desert, headed north towards Bakersfield:

More farmlands in the Central Valley as we continue north towards home:

Only about 20 to 25 miles from the hangar, we had a great view to finish a great day and trip. Nice shot here with glare of the sunset and canopy bubble looking over the Santa Cruz mountains and Watsonville area as the sun gets ready to set into Monterey Bay:
